1. How do I deposit and withdraw from my account?

  • You can fund your account using 2 options which we provide:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Online Payment
  • To make a deposit, simply click on Deposit and select the Banking services or for a withdrawal, click on Withdraw to submit a request for withdrawal.

2. How long will my deposit take?

  • Depending on the payment method used to fund your account, deposits can be made instantly or within a short period of time.
  • If you are depositing from different countries, and are using methods of Wire Transfer or other options, then it may take a few days

  • This will depend on your request for withdrawal being process and approved.

  • No, you cannot cancel your transaction that have been submitted successfully
  • Please contact our Support staffs and they will assist you in cancelling the transaction and also in getting a full refund
